We carefully pack orders on pallets or in sturdy boxes. In Sydney, our local vans deliver daily. For other areas, we use trusted partners like Sendle, Australia Post, and couriers — delivery usually takes 1–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive updates by email or phone during the process.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

We work with cafés, restaurants, caterers, takeaway shops, grocery stores, and small home-based food businesses.

VS Packaging operates both a warehouse and an online store, supplying customers across Australia. While we aim to keep our stock levels accurate, online inventory is not updated in real time and may occasionally differ from warehouse availability.

In rare cases, an item may sell out through in-store purchases or large offline orders before the online stock update is completed.

If this happens, our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. You may choose to:

• Place the item on temporary backorder
• Substitute it with a similar product
• Remove the item from your order and receive a refund

If a refund is required, it will be processed through Shopify and usually takes up to 10 business days to appear in your original payment method.
